Army porter falls to death in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 5 (UNI) An Army porter with 10 Madras regiment slipped and fell to death in a 'nullah' in north Kashmir's frontier district of Kupwara last evening, police said today.

They said Raj Mohammed Chechi of Hyhama slipped and fell into a 'nullah' between the Army's Amar Post and Gulab Post in Kupwara district yesterday.

He died due to the fall. His body has been recovered and handed over to the family, police added.
