Week-end special trains to New Jalpaiguri

Kolkata, Apr 4: Eastern Railway will run a pair of weekend special trains between Sealdah and New Jalpaiguri.

The Up Sealdah-New Jalpaiguri, a special train, would start from Sealdah at 1155 hours on April 5, 2007 and reach New Jalpaiguri at 0920 hrs the next day.

The Dwn New Jalpaiguri-Sealdah weekend special train will leave New Jalpaiguri at 0720 hours and arrive at Sealdah at 0530 hrs on the next day.

This special train would follow the Barddhaman-Rampurhat-Sahibganj -Malda town route. It would have 17 coaches, including one AC 2-tier, one AC 3-tier, nine sleeper class, three general second class coaches and three second class-cum-luggage vans.

Booking in these weekend special trains would be possible from all the computerised railway reservation offices from April 5 morning.
