Global India Business Summit in Germany

Kochi, Apr 4: A four-day Global India Business Summit will be held at Cologne in Germany from June five.

Speaking to mediapersons here today, General Convenor Jolly Thadathil said the summit, aimed at projecting the potential of Indian industry, was being organised by the World Malayalee Council with the support of the Indian and the German governments.

He said the summit aims to establish personal and proffessional contacts and explore new markets, promote business and investment, and networking of opportunities.

The summit would also develop a mutual platform for information and technology, healthcare, Ayurveda, medical tourism and professional education, Mr Thadathil added.

He said around 200 delegates were expected from the state apart from the Central and Kerala governemnt representatives.

The summit will help to highligt the investment opportunities in India and be a catalyst for attracting foreign investment from Europe.
