Two children die in fire

Lakhisarai, Apr 3(UNI) Two children were burnt alive and four houses burnt to ashes in a blaze in Salempur Naya Tola village of Bihar's Lakhisarai district today.

Official sources said five wage earners from Khaira Manjhiama village were lodged in makeshift sheds in Salempur Naya Tola.

Suddenly a fire engulfed the sheds in the morning when adult members were away at work.

The sources said ten year old Upendra and twelve year old Urmila Kumari were burnt alive.
