Three killed in separate incidents in Meghalaya

Shillong, Apr 03 (UNI) Three persons were killed and four injured in two separate incidents in Meghalaya today.

The first incident occurred when two children were burnt alive at Mawdiangdiang village, police said adding the cause of the blaze was yet to be ascertained.

In another incident, a woman was killed and four were critically injured when their vehicle fell into the Umngot river bordering Indo-Bangla border.

Police said the injured were hospitalised.
