Nitish Katara murder case:Vikas to record statement on April 17
New Delhi, Apr 3 (UNI) A local court today set April 17 for recording the statement of Vikas Yadav, prime accused in the Nitish Katara murder prime accused Vikas Yadav.
Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur also fixed April 9 for the chief examination of investigating officer Anil Somania and some officials of the BSNL posted at Ghaziabad.
Witnesses will be examined from April 17, the court added.
According to prosecution, a number of calls were made to Nitish from landline numbers registered at Ghaziabad in the name of D P Yadav and his relatives.
Nitish was allgedly abducted and murdered by D P Yadav's son Vikas and nephew Vishal on February 17, 2002.
