Man murders father over property dispute

Mysore, Apr 3 (UNI) An incident of a person murdering his own father over a property dispute has come to light in Yelawal Hobli, near here, today.

Police said today that Mallesh had allegedly done to death his father, Doddegowda, ten days ago by crushing his ribs with a boulder. After the murder, he had buried the body and told everyone that a cow had gored him to death.

However, Mallesh's mother became suspicious and preferred a complaint with the police, following which Mallesh was taken into custody. On interrogation, he confessed to the crime.
