KPR Mill plans to enter capital market

Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) KPR Mill, an apparel company with operations in Tamil Nadu, plans to enter the capital market.

The company has sought the permission of SEBI prior to this. It plans to offer 5,912,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each, a release by the company said here today.

The fund availed through this will be used for the expansion of its existing garment and processing units, the release added.
