Delhi Metro money stolen from Kashmere Gate Station

New Delhi, Apr 3 (UNI) About Rs three lakh cash was stolen from Kashmere Gate Metro Station this morning.

The money was stolen from a safe in which ticket earnings were kept at the underground station. The theft took place at around 1130 hrs, Delhi Metro Rail Sources said.

Police were investigating the matter.

DMRC had insured the amount against theft.

UNI
