Tata Steel sells Sisodra cold rolling mill

New Delhi, Apr 2: Tata Steel today said it will sell its cold rolling mill at Sisodra, Gujarat, to Theis Precision Steel India Pvt Ltd for Rs 67 crore.

Theis is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Germany's Friedr. Gustav Theis Kaltwalzweke GmbH.

The transaction is subject to Theis completing the conditions precedent by April 30, an official statement said.
