Ford India March sales drop 9.22%

New Delhi, Apr 2 (UNI) Ford India's sales during March this year slipped by 9.22 per cent at 5,382 units from 5,929 units in March 2006.

For the fiscal year 2006-07, Ford India sold 41,797 units as compared to 28,840 units during 2005-06 registering a growth of 45 per cent.

However, the company posted a month-on-month increase of 40 per cent in sales with 3,856 units sold in February 2007.

Ford India's models include the Ikon, Fusion, Endeavour and Fiesta.
