Azim Premji Foundation denies media reports

Bangalore, Apr 2 (UNI) The Azim Premji Foundation today refuted reports in a section of the media that the Karnataka Government has decided to hand over 50,000 Government schools to the Foundation for running them.

''We confirm that there is no truth in this report. The Foundation has not received any such communication from the Karnataka Government,'' the Foundation said in a release here.
