4 killed in road accident

Ambedkarnagar, Apr 2 (UNI) Four persons were killed and six others injured, when a wayward speeding bus ran over them in Aalapur area here today.

According to police, the driver of a private bus coming from Faizabad lost control over the vehicle near Bhabnanpur village.

As a result, the bus ran over some people standing on the roadside and later overturned.

Four persons, including two women, died on the spot, while the six injured were rushed to hospital, where the condition of the two was stated critical. The bus driver is absconding.
