Parsvnath setting up 3-star hotel at Shirdi

New Delhi, Apr 1 (UNI) Realty major Parsvnath Developers is setting up a three-star hotel at Shirdi at a cost of Rs 20 crore.

The project, at five minutes distance from the famous Shirdi temple, seeks to tap the rush of devotees.

Spread over 50,000 square feet area, it will have 58 rooms.

''The hotel would offer amenities that will meet the varied needs of the visitors to the city. The hotel will offer services at affordable tariffs to suit all pockets, without compromising on quality,'' Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain said.

The hotel is expected to be operational within two years.

Parsvnath has recorded a 102 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 139.33 crore for the first nine months of the financial year from Rs 68.78 crore in the corresponding period.

The total revenues grew 106 per cent to Rs 848.74 crore during the period.
