Self-styled area commander of banned CPI (Maoist) nabbed

Latehar, Mar 31 (UNI) Police arrested a self-styled area commander of banned CPI (Maoist) in Jharkhand's Latehar district today.

Ganesh, alias Naresh Yadav, was arrested during a raid at Tupukala village, Superintendednt of Police Ravikant Dhan said here.

The nabbed Ultra belonged to Patki village of the district and was the self-styled area commander of the guerilla squad of the outfit, Mr Dhan said.

The Ultra was being interrogated, the police said.
