Nagaland Information Commission gets its own website

Kohima, Mar 31 (UNI) The Nagaland Information Commission has launched its website at Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) Talitemjen Ao's here, sources said today.

The website, www.nlsic.gov.in, was launched yesterday. It would provide the details of the departments, their employees, salaries, contact numbers and also provides a browser to ask questions related to RTI.

The website already provides detailed information about three departments- Department of Rural Development, Election and Information and Public Relation and the others are to come in the list soon, CIC officials told newsmen.

He also revealed that the Commission has received one appeal and seven complaints so far.
