Grenade attack on police station, 13 wounded
Jammu, Mar 31 (UNI) At least 13 people were injured when a ''suspected'' militant lobbed a grenade at Kishtwar police station in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir last night, official sources said today.
The grenade fell short of the intended target and exploded near a telephone booth, the sources said, adding that the militant escaped after the blast.
Police and paramilitary personnel immediately swung into action but the attacker remained untraced.
The injured, including a policeman, were shifted to the sub-district hospital, Kishtwar.
