Two persons commit suicide in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, Mar 30 (UNI) Two persons, including a woman, committed suicide in two separate incidents here today.

Yashpal Yashwantrai Jain, a resident of Pritamnagar, Ellis Bridge, allegedly doused himself with kerosene and set himself ablaze, police said.

In another incident, a 20-year-old woman, Tejalben Kanubhai Beladia, allegedly hanged herself with a nylon rope from the ceiling of her house.

''Tejalben is believed to have ended her life as she was hypertensed due to her examination, while the reason behind Yashpal's suicide was not immediately known, police added.
