Two Maoists arrested

Sasaram, Mar 30 (UNI) Two hardcore Maoist activists were arrested from separate places in Rohtas district.

District police superintendent N H Khan said acting on a tip off, a joint team of sleuths of local police and Special Auxiliary Police (SAP) raided the Madhukupia village and Pandula village under Chutia and Nauhata police stations area respectively.

A self-styled commander of proscribed CPI(Maoist) Mahendra Chaudhary and Shivnath Shah were arrested during the search operation, he added.
