SEBI order against FCF (I) Ltd in Ranbaxy Laboratories matter

Mumbai, Mar 30 (UNI) V K Chopra, Whole Time Member, of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has passed an order on March 29, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s First Custodian Fund (I) Ltd, member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, in the matter of M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, for a period of fifteen days.

The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order, a SEBI release said.
