Resident doctors call off strike in HP: CM

Shimla, Mar 30 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said the resident doctors of the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) have called off their eight-day long strike.

Making a suo motto statement in the Assembly immediately after the Question Hour, he said the resident doctors have resumed their duties from today.

Mr Singh said he would make a detailed statement on the issue in the Assembly on Monday.
