Mahoba, Mar 30 (UNI) BJP national vice-president and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh today made an impassioned appeal to expelled party leader and Bharatiya Jan Shakti (BJS) chief Uma Bharti not to disrupt his path of chief ministership.

The BJP CM designate, Mr Singh noted, ''She (Uma) is my sister and I have utter respect and love for her...she has reasons to be aggrieved. All possible steps would be taken to mollify her.'' ''BJP has projected me as the future Chief Minister of UP. The sister should instead help her brother in this regard.'' BJS has fielded candidates in three dozen odd seats in the coming UP poll to prevent BJP from coming to power. Ms Bharti, also a former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, has been canvassing for her nominees.
