Heroin worth Rs 70 lakh seized

Kohima, Mar 30 (UNI) Dimapur police have seized 700 grams of heroin from a hotel of Dimapur town and arrested eleven persons, including two women, in this connection.

Police today said the gang was from Manipur and brought the consignment from the state's Moreh town at a cost of Rs 6,50,000 and was supposed to hand it over to a person in Dimapur, when police arrested them.
