Dev R Nil present freedom inspired collection at LFW
Mumbai, Mar 30 (UNI) With a patriotic theme like the sixty years of India's independence when the country is poised to move onto a different level, the designers Dev R Nil titled their presentation 'Sixty' here at the LFW.
The presentation was a fabulous line of dresses, blouses jackets and tops and beautiful saris all created into a perfectly cohesive look in fabrics like taffeta, georgette, stain and jersey.
The colours were a controlled palette of bright shades like midnight blue, fuchsia, emerald green, mingled with khaki gold, beige and black. They kept their silhouettes to the minimum - just a few tulip shapes, dresses, blouses, body suits teamed with saris and metallic tights.
Displaying their mastery over texturing which comprised mainly quilting done in very interesting designs like floral, stripes and minute machining, often restricted to the yoke, skirt or hemlines they added tonal clusters of embroidered flowers.
Here is a line of garments that Dev R Nil can proudly present on the Indian and international ramps.
