Explosive recovered, a Nepali killed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Mar 29 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police and Rashtriya Rifles (RR) recovered 20 kg explosives while a Nepali was killed in the Kashmir valley overnight.

A police spokesman said police and 19 RR launched a joint operation at Puhloo Brain in Nishat area on the bank of famed Dal Lake today following information that militants were visiting the area.

He said during the operation security forces recovered 20 kg explosives from an orchard. However, no one was arrested.

A body of an an unidentified Nepali was recovered from Gopalpora, Lasjan in the central Kashmir district of Badgam today.
