CPMF to be deployed by tomorrow for UP polls

Lucknow, Mar 29 (UNI) Several companies of the central para military forces (CPMF), which have arrived in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the assembly elections, would be deployed in their respective areas by tomorrow.

So far, 151 companies of central forces have arrived in the state. ''At present, 50 companies of the CPMF are on an area domination exercise, carrying out flag marches to instill confidence amongt the populace,'' a Home department spokesperson said here today.
