Water level at 79.00 ft

Tiruchirapalli, March 28 (UNI) The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur across river Cauvery stood at 79.00 feet this morning, as against its full capacity of 120 feet.

State PWD sources said the inflow into the reservoir was 1,409 cusecs and the discharge was 1,700 cusecs.
