UP poll will throw unprecedented results: Chandraswamy

Varanasi, Mar 28 (UNI) Controversial godman Chandraswamy today predicted the coming Uttar Pradesh Assembly poll will throw unprecedented results.

''UP mein ascharyajanak chunav parinam aayenge (the UP election will throw unprecedented results),'' the godman said interacting with newspersons at the Vidya Mutt here.

The godman said ''woh vijayi honge jo mujhse ashirvad lenge (they will be victorious at the hustings, who seek my blessings).'' Evading a query about recent utterances by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Chandraswamy said ''It is his views, let him speak.'' The Amethi MP had recently stated ''had the Gandhi family been in active politics during 1992, the Babri mosque demolition at Ayodhya would not have taken place.'' UNI
