Prisoner escapes from civil hospital

Ahmedabad, Mar 28 (UNI) An inmate of Sabarmati jail, who was taken to OPD for treatment, escaped today from the civil hospital premises here.

Paresh Prakash, who was brought to the OPD ward by Head Constable Manabhai Pratap this noon, escaped while he was left alone for a few minutes.

Police have intensified the search for the missing prisoner, police said.
