Jatia criticises information about Jatia

Bhopal, Mar 28 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Satyanarain Jatia today criticised the Centre for not having record related to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's contribution to India's freedom struggle.

Dr Jatia was reacting to the Centre's reply in response to an application filed under the Right to Information Act seeking to know about the role he played in the independence struggle.

In a statement here today, he alleged that the UPA Government did not possess the courage to admit Netaji's contribution and described the Centre's reply as cruel injustice with people.

He said it was ironical that Netaji had provided the slogan of 'Jai Hind', which has been repeated by every Prime Minister beginning from former PM Jawaharlal Nehru from the Red Fort.
