Walt Disney India MD to quit

New Delhi, Mar 27 (UNI) Walt Disney Company (India) Managing Director Rajat Jain has decided to quit the company.

He joined the company three years ago.

Walt Disney International President Andy Bird said, ''Rajat came in at the very start and has laid a strong foundation for growth for The Walt Disney Company in India.'' "International expansion and growth of the Disney brand in India is a key priority for the Company. We see enormous opportunity to accelerate the growth of our Indian business to its next chapter in this exciting region,'' he added.

Mr Jain will continue to work with Mr Bird to oversee management of the company in India until a new appointment is made.
