Accidental firing kills CJM's son and gunnder

Lucknow, Mar 27 (UNI) The official gunner of the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Mirzappur district and the latter's ten-year-old son were killed in a case of accidental firing here this evening.

Police here said the incident took place outside the Ma Vindyavasani shrine.

CJM Ram Suchit, his son Manas and gunner Harshvardhan Singh were boarding a vehicle when the carbine of the gunner went off accidentally, killing himself and Manas on the spot.

The CJM had to gone to offer prayers at the shrine on the occasion of Ram Nawami.
