Two nabbed for cricket betting in MP

Indore, Mar 26: Two persons have been arrested at a local hotel in connection with betting on the Australia-South Africa ICC World Cup encounter and the police were hoping that interrogation would lead to busting of a large gang.

Raipur-resident Saurabh Shukla and local Anup Kumar were apprehended in Vijay Nagar area.

A laptop, cellphone, Rs 51,000 and betting slips amounting to Rs 8 lakh were seized.
