Techtran- Withdrawal of Conversion Notice by IFCI

Mumbai, Mar 26: Techtran Polylenses Ltd has informed BSE that IFCI Ltd (IFCI) have agreed to accept a cash settlement from the Company in respect their notice for conversion of Zero Coupon Bonds of the aggregate value of Rs 139.85 lakhs into Equity at par.

The Company has paid an amount of Rs 240 Lakhs to IFCI Ltd as full and final settlement against the same. All other terms and conditions of other term loans from IFCI Ltd remain unchanged.
