CBI court posts Babri case hearing to April 18

Lucknow, Mar 26: The designated CBI court in Rae Bareli has fixed April 18 as the next date of hearing in the Babri Masjid demolition case against eight accused including Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani.

Special Judge (CBI) Rais Ahmed posted the hearing of the case to April 18 when the investigating agency is likely to produce two witness on the December 6, 1992 demolition.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had denied shifting of the case 198/92 to Lucknow along with a similar case 197/92.
