Batliboi buys out Canadian machine tool firm

New Delhi, Mar 26: Batliboi Ltd today said it has acquired Canada-based machine tool company Quickmill Inc in an all-cash-deal of Rs 22 crore.

Batliboi is a leader in textile humidification systems, which are used to maintain moisture during the spinning process.

Last month, the company said it will set up a wholly-owned susbsidiary in Mauritius, Cyprus or Switzerland.
