Asscent Infoserve is now Accentia Tech's subsi

New Delhi, Mar 26: Accentia Technologies Ltd today said Bangalore-based Asscent Infoserve Pvt Ltd has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company with the completion of its acquisition.

The takeover is commensurated with the issuance of convertibles at a conversion price of Rs 1.50 per share.

With this, the infrastructure strengths of Asscent Infoserve will be fully utilised by the company and Accentia Tech will have access to the 600-seater BPO facility located at Bangalore.

The shareholders of the company have given their approval for the same, a statement said.

Asscent Infoserve Pvt Ltd has infrastructure facilities of 7,000 square feet, meant for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
