Hooda inaugurates water project and canal bridge
Faridabad, Mar 25: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda inaugurated a sewage water treatment plant project completed by Haryana Urban Development Authority in Sector - 13 here.
Mr Hooda initiated this project which was constructed at the cost of Rs 60 lakhs by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) last year.
The water treatment plant would produce 50,000 litres of clean water per day for public use. The project would be useful to lakhs of people in this district and it would solve the water scarcity problem for general usage, Mr Hooda said.
Similarly, Mr Hooda inaugurated Gurgaon Canal Bridge constructed by HUDA in Sector-8 of Faridabad.
Constructed at a cost of Rs 1.30 crore, the bridge would connect Sector-8 to Sector-3 making the communication and transportation facility between the two areas easier.
