Airtel service for Indian Idol aspirants

New Delhi, Mar 25: Leading telecom service provider Airtel has made special arrangements for its mobile and fixed line customers, who wish to participate in the third series of the popular reality show 'Indian Idol'.

A customer has to call 646 from his or her Airtel mobile or 1280 from an Airtel landline/fixed line phone and say 'Idol' which would then take them to the Indian Idol registration menu.

Once the registration details are successfully completed over the phone, a unique registration number will be generated and given to the Airtel customer.

Registrations are open till March 29.

The selected candidates randomly will be called for an audition in Mumbai on April 4.
