Ultras torch a passenger bus in Jharkhand

Latehar, Mar 24: Ultras of proscribed naxal outfit CPI (Maoist) today set ablazed a passenger bus in Jharkhand's Latehar district.

Police said the cadres of Lorik Sena set on fire a Ranchi bound bus at the Balumath-Panki road after removing the passengers from the vehicle.

No casualty was reported, police added.

The ultras had earlier demanded ransom from the bus owner, who had refused to pay, police said.
