Voltas sells Simtools to Lodha Grp for 78.44cr

New Delhi, Mar 23: Voltas Ltd, a part of the Tata group, has sold its stake in its subsidiary Simtools Ltd to Lodha Group for Rs 78.44 crore.

The company transferred its entire shareholding in Simtools Ltd, comprising 23,576 equity shares of Rs 100 each, to Lodha Developers Pvt Ltd and its nominees.

''Simtools Ltd ceases to be a subsidiary of the company, effective March 22,'' it said in a statement.
