K'taka: Teacher suspended for helping student

Davanagere (Karnataka), Mar 23: A school teacher was today placed under suspension for helping the students during the ongoing SSLC examinations, here.

According to DDPI office sources, Nagaraj, working in the Government Higher Primary School at Nadarasanahalli in Davangaere taluk, was suspended based on a report by the special squad that he was helping the students to indulge in malpractice at Anaji centre, yesterday.

A departmental inquiry was also ordered into the incident, the sources added.
