Kirloskar Brothers bag 274.4cr Narmada order

New Delhi, Mar 23: Engineering firm Kirloskar Brothers Ltd today said its joint venture KBL-KOYA-VA Tech has received a Rs 274.4 crore order from Madhya Pradesh Public Health Engineering Department relating to the Narmada Water Supply Project.

The order is on a turnkey basis and the company's share is Rs 106.77 crore.

The contract involves commissioning of entire civil work of headworks, BPT, MBR, Pumhouses, WTP and major pipe carrying bridges, electromechanical and instrumentation, besides electrical substations.

The order also involves operation and maintenance of the project for 12 months.
