1 dead, 35 injured in road accident

Dhar (MP), Mar 23: A 25-year-old woman was killed and 35 people were injured when a private bus overturned at Mumbai Agra National Highway in this district, police said today.

The bus was heading from Indore to Khargone yesterday when the incident occurred due to the driver's carelessness.

The woman was seriously injured and succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dhamnaud.

Fourteen injured were sent to Khargone for treatment, while others were discharged after giving primary treatment.

A case was registered against the bus driver.
