Bartronics India to raise mln via FCCBs

New Delhi, Mar 22 (UNI) The Board of Bartronics India, an identification technology solutions provider, today approved raising 40 million dollars through foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) or global depository receipts (GDRs).

The Board also approved the resolution for increasing authorised share capital of the company from Rs 30 crore to Rs 40 crore.
