Two teen-aged brothers drowned in Unkal Lake

Hubli, Mar 21: Two teen-aged brothers were feared drowned in the Unkal Lake, in the city, when they had gone for a swim along with their friends yesterday.

The police said that Shridhar(18) and Prem (14) went for a swim with other three of their friends when the mishap occurred.

However, the three friends swam to safety.

Efforts were on to fish out the bodies with the help of expert swimmers and the fire brigade.
