Talisma to host India's first webinar on KM tomorrow
Bangalore, Mar 21 (UNI) Talisma, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, will be hosting India's first-ever webinar on 'Knowledge Management (KM) for Customer Service' here tomorrow.
The session would be hosted by Mr Allen Bonde, Senior Vice-President (Strategy and Marketing), eVergance, one of the most respected CRM/KM practitioners and analysts in the world. One could register for the session by logging onto www.talisma.com/kmcs, a company release here said today.
Some of the features of the session would be to define KM and the latest trends in it as also talk about the role of CRM and web self-service, the release said.
Talisma had been initiating many such fora to highlight the importance of KM. Recently, Talisma partnered with NASSCOM for a round-table on 'Strategies and Technologies for Transition - An Interactive Discussion', where it brought together industry experts for a panel discussion.
