Satyam Computers allots additional 60,659 equity shares

Mumbai, Mar 21 (UNI) Satyam Computers informed the Bombay Stock Exchang (BSE) that the Compensation Committee of the Directors of the Company had allotted 60,659 equity shares through a circular resolution passed today under the stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 659,924,609 equity shares of Rs 2 each, aggregating Rs 1,319,849,218, to 659,985,268 equity shares of Rs 2 each, aggregating Rs 1,319,970,536, they added.
