NCP candidates elected as Zilla Parishad President, Vice President

Pune, Mar 21 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidates Vaishali Aabnave from Dhaund taluka and Sharad Lendge from Junnar taluka became President and the Vice President respectively in the 75-member Zilla Parishad here today. Both won the election unopposed.

District Collector Prabhakar Deshmukh announced the results. For the first time, a candidate from Dhaund taluka has become the President of the Zilla Parishad.
