Indian flight IC854 makes emergency landing

Kolkata, Mar 21 (UNI) A plane of the domestic national carrier, Indian, from Bangkok to Delhi, today made an emergency landing at NSCBI airport at 1515 hrs after two passengers started fighting on board the flight IC854.

According to an Indian spokesperson, one of the passengers is reported to have used ''threatening'' language following which the commander decided to make the emergency landing here and ask for security.

The Airbus 320 was carrying 82 passengers and they were reported to be safe.
